1. Who we are
TomorrowArc is an unregistered independent software and AI venture founded by Neeraj Kumar in December 2025, based in Greater Noida, India. This notice concerns the TomorrowArc website and project inquiries sent to hello@tomorrowarc.world.
Memoize is an independently founder-built product. Its website and Chrome extension are separate services; this notice does not describe their data practices.
2. Information you provide
The project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, the kind of help you need, and your project description. Company or organization and preferred timeline are optional. Email inquiries contain whatever information you choose to send.
Please do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or confidential project material in an initial inquiry.
The online form is configured on this version. Your inquiry fields are sent to Web3Forms when you submit. Loading the separate hCaptcha spam check also sends technical information to that provider. The website does not save form drafts in local storage or a browser database.
3. How we use information
Inquiry information is used to understand your request, reply to you, discuss possible work, and manage the resulting conversation. It may also be needed to investigate delivery problems or prevent misuse of the inquiry channel.
This website does not enroll you in a newsletter or add you to an advertising audience when you make an inquiry.
4. Service providers
Website hosting. Vercel hosts the website and delivers its files. Hosting and security systems may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs. See Vercel's privacy notice (opens in a new tab).
Project inquiries. Web3Forms is the selected form provider. Once configured, submitted fields and technical request information are processed for delivery and spam checks. Messages are forwarded to hello@tomorrowarc.world. Provider storage, logs and anti-abuse processing are governed by its service terms and our account configuration. See Web3Forms' privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Email. Our business mailbox uses Zoho Mail. Inquiries and replies are processed and stored in that mailbox; your own email provider also handles the messages you send and receive. See Zoho's privacy policy (opens in a new tab). Our mailbox retention and deletion settings still need confirmation.
Spam protection. A configured form uses hCaptcha after you choose to load the spam check. It processes technical and interaction information to distinguish people from automated traffic. A verification token is included with the Web3Forms submission. See hCaptcha's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Providers may process information outside your country. Their terms and privacy notices describe their locations, subprocessors and protections. Provider account choices and processing arrangements should be reviewed before the online form is activated.
5. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
The current website does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts or an application feature that sets tracking cookies. Fonts and interface assets are served with the website. We have not added an analytics or marketing consent popup.
The hCaptcha widget loads only after an explicit request on a configured form. That service may use cookies or similar technologies for verification under its own policies. It is not loaded during an ordinary page visit or while the form is unconfigured. You can email us without loading the widget.
If analytics, embedded services or verification tools are added later, this notice and any necessary consent controls will need to be reviewed.
6. Protecting information
The live website uses HTTPS. Configured form submissions are sent over HTTPS to the selected provider, and private service credentials are not embedded in the page. Information security also depends on the hosting, form and email providers and how their accounts are managed.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please use the initial inquiry to outline your needs; arrangements for exchanging sensitive project information can be discussed separately.
7. Retention and deletion
A retention and deletion schedule has not yet been confirmed for this draft. Before publication, TomorrowArc must confirm how long inquiries, follow-up emails in Zoho Mail, provider copies, spam records and backups are retained, and how deletion requests are carried out.
You can contact hello@tomorrowarc.world to ask about information associated with your inquiry. Provider records and legal requirements may affect what can be deleted and when.
8. Access, correction and other requests
To ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, email hello@tomorrowarc.world. Describe your request and identify the email address used for the inquiry. Please do not send identity documents unless they are specifically needed and a suitable method has been agreed.
Requests will need to be considered in light of the applicable law, the information involved, and any verification required to protect it. This draft does not promise a statutory right, response deadline or outcome that has not been confirmed.
9. Changes and contact
This notice may change as the website and its services develop. The updated notice will show a revised date. Material changes to how inquiry information is handled should be explained before the changed practice is introduced.
For questions about this notice or your information, contact hello@tomorrowarc.world.
